Recently, the National Social Science Fund youth project funding has been put in place. Taiwanese teacher Xie Yahui was awarded the National Social Science Fund Youth Project and received a RMB 190,000 fund. The title of Xie’s research project was “Communication Paths and Theoretical Construction of Mazu Belief along the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road.”

This year, for the first time, Taiwan young scholars were allowed to apply for the National Social Science Fund. Dr. Xie Yahui is the only young scholar in our province who successfully applied.

Xie yahui, doctor of communication graduated from Peking University, is a Taiwanese teacher recruited by our school in 2016. She lecture courses related to advertising and communication, which are well received by students.
