According to the requirements of the Replying Letter of Provincial Coordinating Group Office for the Work of Standard and Awarding of Compliance on the Application of Standard and Awarding Activities Plan by the Research Office of the Provincial Government (Hubei Evaluation Organization Office Han [2020] No. 2) and the Interim Provisions for Hubei Development Research Award (Hubei Administration Office issued No. 68 [2008]),

    Hubei Development Research Award Selection Committee Office organized the Hubei Development Research Award (2018-2019) award evaluation activities.

    After three stages of preliminary evaluation, re-evaluation and final evaluation, a total of 80 proposed winning achievements of Hubei Development Research Award were selected. The research report Continuously Promoting the Construction of Wuhan Metropolitan Circle with Greater Efforts written by President Qin Zunwen and his team won the second prize.
